Six areas of employee-focused wellness

Weight Management

Eligible employees can discuss personal goals and medically appropriate options with a participating licensed healthcare professional.

Men’s Health

Private evaluations can help eligible employees discuss sensitive health concerns and appropriate next steps.

Women’s Health

Participating clinicians can assess symptoms, medical history and wellness goals to discuss appropriate care options.

Hair Health

Employees can ask a participating provider about hair-health concerns, possible causes and suitable care.

Wellness Programs

Explore available wellness guidance with participating professionals. Any treatment requires an individualized assessment and applicable clinical oversight.

Veterinary Telehealth

Where available, veterinary professionals can discuss eligible pet-health, nutrition or behavioral concerns and when an in-person examination is needed.

Convenient access. Confidential care. Employee choice.

Participation is voluntary. Employees decide whether to use available services, and personal medical decisions remain between the employee and their healthcare professional.

Employers should not receive employees’ individual diagnoses or treatment information except where legally authorized or required. Medical information belongs in the participating provider’s secure care process—not an SBEC business inquiry.

Services, eligibility, costs and geographic availability vary by participating provider and applicable law. Veterinary telehealth availability and any need for an in-person examination depend on the veterinary partner and state requirements.

A practical next step

  1. Explore the employer program

Ask SBEC about your team’s size, locations and wellness goals. Do not send employee medical records or personal health information.

  2. Confirm availability and terms

Review the participating providers, eligible services, costs, privacy practices and employee access process before enrollment.

  3. Let employees choose their care

Where services are offered, licensed professionals evaluate eligible employees and determine appropriate care and any follow-up.
